In music 17 years, play everything I can touch and sing, and can do Christine's parts from Phantom (I'm a true countertenor when I sing, yay!) if I take a notion...

Piano a few years as a young child.
Guitar and bass as an early teen for some years.
Tried the flute then too but I sucked.

Today, I play nothing but the desk-fingerdrum.

I sing and play guitar. I've been told that I'm pretty good at guitar, but that was from friends and family so I question the validity of the compliments. I know I'm good at singing, though, because I sing in musicals at a local theater and have had total strangers come up to me and tell me that I have a good voice on stage.

Wow. Hat's off to you, sir.

It's funny (sad actually) how pitifully out of shape my cords are even though I sing on a daily basis with the radio. My vibrato was really quavering on the held notes in the higher key. Must fix!

On the other hand, I can still be heard a half block away if need be.

Guitar only here. I just play it on and off, nothing major. My dad owns about three that are probley about 10 years old now but in perfect condition. I play backwards when teaching myself. LoL. Yes, I'm a little odd, but it works for me.

I can also sing pretty well, holding notes for a while is my only challenge, more of a fast paced singer.

I play the kloo horn and the and the Gasan string drum. I play with Figrin Da'n and the Modal Nodes. Pretty famous jizz wailing band.
